What happens if I miss a payment?

In the case you would miss a payment we ask that you make arrangements with your account manager and make a commitment to make your payment within 7 days of the due date.

How do I order a product through your website?

Once you have found the product you want, simply click the “Get it Now” link and complete the form and an associate will contact you to set up delivery and payment options.

Do you run credit checks?

Nope! All customers are welcome and already pre-approved.

Can my rental help build my credit rating?

Although making your payments on time will help build this skill for other bills you may have, your payment history with Rent-2-Own will not build or damage your credit rating.

How can I see my rental history?

Contact an associate at your local store and we’ll help show you your rental history.

Can I pay my bill online?

Yes, you must register here using your r2o Customer ID and any current rental agreement number: https://www.r2o.com/pay-online

Can I make an upgrade on my rental?

Yes. In some cases, we may need to special order a product (ex. Kayak, guitar, jewelry.) and we do require a minimum of a 2-week payment as a nonrefundable deposit to order the product.

Do you require a deposit on any orders?

What happens if I miss a payment?

Can I skip a payment?

An exclusive benefit of the Gold Club is to skip one payment. Otherwise prior arrangements with your account manager is needed to skip payments.

How long until I receive my first bill after I order?

We have flexible payment plans where you can pay weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Most customers will make their first payment the day the receive their product and then you pay according to which payment plan you have selected for yourself. The associate will fully go over this with you at the time you sign your agreement.

Do you require a deposit on any orders?

What types of payment plans do you offer?

You can choose to pay every week, every two weeks, or every month. We’ll work with you in determining the best option and let you decide!

How can I see my rental history?

Contact an associate at your local store and we’ll help show you your rental history.

How can I see how long I have left on a rental?

You can contact your local store and we will tell you how long you have left on your rental or if you have an email address on file you receive a lifecycle email once per month with this information.

How do I login to the Gold Club?

You can login to the Gold Club by visiting gold-club If you do not know your account number please contact your store and we will help you with that.

How do I redeem points?

You can login to view your rewards by visiting http://rent2own.online-rewards.com/ If you do not know your customer number please contact your store and we will help you with that.

Can I pay my bill online?

Yes, you must register here using your r2o Customer ID and any current rental agreement number: route('pay-online')

I lost my customer ID number, how can I get it back?

Contact your local store and we’ll help you find your Customer ID number or any current Rental Agreement number

Do you offer both new and used products?

Yes, we have a great selection of new products to choose from and can special order you almost anything you are wanting. If it’s a deal you are looking for, we got that too.

What brand names do you carry?

Whirlpool, HP, Amana, GE, Sony, LG, Catnapper, Samsung, Ashley, Microsoft, Coaster, Lenovo, Dell, and more!

Do all stores have the same products?

All stores have access to the same inventory warehouse. If you need something and another store has it, we can have it to you within one week.

Do you offer specials?

Do you offer delivery and setup?

Yes, FREE delivery and FREE setup.

What items do you offer delivery/setup?

Furniture, electronics, appliances, computers, smartphones, tires, and outdoor equipment. If you want it, we can get it.

Do you offer product service/repairs?

Yes, FREE service and FREE repairs on damages that were not intentionally caused.

What happens if I have to send my product in for service/repairs?

In the case your product would need serviced or repaired we will deliver a “loaner” product similar to yours to use while yours is being fixed.

Can I test the product before purchasing?

Yes, we offer a “try before you buy” program. This program allows you to try the product for one week FREE before you make a commitment.

What’s your return policy?

Unlike buying from retail stores, you can return your merchandise at r2o any time!

How long until I can own my rental?

All of our agreements may have a different term lengths but you can pay off your agreement at ANY TIME! And every agreement you sign comes with a 120 day same as cash option.
