CORONA VIRUS UPDATES

To our Valued Customers,

These last few weeks have been challenging for us all. Our family here at r2o have been heroes in my eyes. We have stayed ready and available to make these weird and uncomfortable times feel just a little more normal. We have delivered more laptops than ever. We have supplied new washing machines to those whose machines unfortunately broke at a horrible time. We have given many an escape with a Nintendo Switch or other game system. And, I am very proud to say that we have done all this safely.

While governments remove or lessen some orders, we will continue to focus on the safety of our customers and our employees. We will stay our course with cleaning and disinfecting. We will stay the course with making sure that nobody that is sick will be in our stores. We will respect your distance in our stores and in your homes. While we have been doing mostly door drops, we have new practices that, if we work together, will allow us to go into more homes and serve you better.

We are all in this together and our amazing family at r2o will stay healthy and strong and stocked, but most importantly will stay empathetic and compassionate. We know that many of you are waiting on the stimulus, which may not be enough. We understand that unemployment is lagging and many are affected in so many ways. We stand ready to continue to work with you, our customers new and old with your payments. We are working thorough solutions every day in our stores. This is only possible with great communication—something we may all get better at through this. Thank you for being a member of the r2o family.
